Booking Form and Non-Refundable Deposit/ booking and reservation fee

A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £100/£150 are required to secure your date.

Consultation and Bridal Trial

A personalized consultation and bridal trial will be scheduled to refine your wedding day look.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit after the trial

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total wedding day services is due within one week of completing the bridal trial.

Wedding Morning Guide and Final Balance

A detailed wedding morning guide will be provided, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Securing your booking and Deposit
Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Reserve your Wedding date: To confirm and secure your wedding reservation, you are required to complete our booking form, which includes an agreement to our terms and conditions. Additionally, a non-refundable booking/reservation deposit must be paid.

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure wedding services. For parties of three or more, a non-refundable booking fee of £150 applies. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding day service.

In the event that the client chooses not to proceed with the booking after completion of the reservation process or following a trial session (cancellation terms and conditions apply) the booking fee will be forfeited. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge up to £500 for administrative and reservation costs in addition to your cancellation fee.
**Please note, for a larger parties or early ceremony time where additional makeup artists or hairstylists maybe required. There is no additional surge charge for additional artist/ stylist but an extra non-refundable booking/reservation fee of £50 is necessary to reserve each an additional assistant, For instance, if you are booking Hair & Makeup services and require 1 additional assistant, the deposit required is £150. Also the difference may increases depend on other artist rate (as they are potentially cost more than my original quote and Travel cost will significantly increase depending on where each assistance travel from. All booking and reservation fee is Non-refundable.
This is to ensure that everyone in your bridal party finish getting ready in plenty of time and to our highest standard.**
Trial: When reserving your Bridal Trial service, it is necessary to submit full payment of the trial fee as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit serves the purpose of securing your trial appointment until the trial has been successfully concluded. We kindly inform you that we do not reserve the wedding date for any clients until the deposit has been received. This policy ensures fairness among all our clients by granting them an equal opportunity to confirm their commitment to our services. The deposit is expected to be settled within 48 hours of making the booking.

Consultation and Bridal Trial

A non-refundable deposit/booking fee of £50 or £150 (depending on the services requested and the number of assistants required) is required to secure and confirm your trial appointment.

The outstanding balance for your trial fee must be paid in advance and in full no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled trial appointment.

Our schedule frequently accommodates 1 to 2 trial appointments per day. In the event that you choose to cancel your trial appointment, we kindly request your understanding that the deposit is non-refundable, although it may be transferred once. However, should you require an additional transfer or a change in appointment, an additional fee of £50 will be incurred to secure your new appointment.

Once you have completed your Bridal trial and have decided to proceed with booking our services for your wedding day, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is required within one week after the completion of your trial. This deposit serves to ensure the continued reservation and confirmation of your wedding date. Failure to submit the deposit within this one-week timeframe will result in your wedding date becoming available for other clients. Please note that until your deposit is paid, neither your trial nor your wedding date will be secured.

It is essential that you confirm the size of your wedding party within 10 days of completing your trial. **Please note that The number of people can be add but cannot be reduce. So if you would like to reduce the number of service after confirmation, full payment is expected. However if you would like to transfer the service to someone else on the day, that is no problem as long as the services are done together in the same day and same location.
Please be aware that the deposit will be distributed among all team members to secure your wedding date. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total wedding day services. In the event of any cancellation, regardless of circumstance, the deposit will be forfeited. Our subcontracted assistants require a minimum booking of three people. If you have booked an assistant and subsequently reduce the number of party members to a point where the assistant is no longer necessary, the deposit associated with the assistant will be forfeited and cancellation fee will be charge, please see cancellation section below. PKay Bridal is not responsible for refunding your deposit on behalf of our subcontracted assistants under any circumstances.
For Event, special occasion or prom services.
Each service reservation entails a £50 non-refundable booking/ reservation fee.
For instance, if you are booking a Makeup or Hair-only service, the deposit required is £50.
If you are booking both Hair and Makeup services, the deposit required is £100.
Please kindly note that each artist and stylist has their own unique working style and approach, which is influenced by their individual experiences. Our role is to offer Hair and Makeup services based on your specific requests. Throughout the trial process, we will make every effort to accommodate your desired style and preferences. However, it is important to understand that we cannot be held liable for any unsatisfactory outcomes. Our prices are transparently presented and communicated to you prior to your commitment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the stated prices. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, regardless of any perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome.
In the case of a last-minute booking, defined as a booking made less than 6 weeks prior to your wedding or prom date, in order to reserve your date, a full non-refundable payment of the total cost is required within 48 hours of making the booking. It is essential that you confirm the size of your wedding party before completing your booking. Without the full payment being made, your prom or wedding date will not be secured.

Payment
We only accept cash or bank transfer. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The outstanding balance or final payment for mobile services needs to be paid in full at least 6 weeks before the event date. if your booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to your wedding or prom date, in order to secure the date a full non-refundable payment of the total cost is required within 48 hr of the booking having been made or after your trial is completed.
Coverage
Coverage begins at the agreed time and is limited up until the bride walking down the aisle. Attended time may also include breaks; travel to, from and between the venues. Additional hours are by agreement at time of booking and at the sole discretion of PKay Bridal. Charges of £80 an hour will apply outside the stated coverage times.
Due to the commitment to weddings at the weekends, consultation, trial are arranged Monday to Friday.
Attendance
In the unlikely event of the PKay Bridal team is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, includes but not limited to accident or hospitalise injury. Though this has never happened PKay Bridal reserves the right to appoint another Hair stylist, Makeup Artist or photographer to attend on his/her behalf to undertake the services. If a replacement team cannot be secured, administrative charges will still apply. The remaining balance, after deducting the administrative charges, will be refunded, excluding any payments made for services already rendered, such as trials. PKay Bridal shall not be liable for any compensation related to time lost, including but not limited to any services provided by other individuals.
Harassment and Inappropriate Conduct Policy
As a professional Hair stylist, I (PKay Bridal) strive to create a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all parties involved during a wedding or event.
Harassment, Unprofessional, and Inappropriate Behavior PKay Bridal has a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, unprofessional, or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

Physical or verbal harassment, threats, or intimidation.

Discriminatory or derogatory comments or behavior.

Unwelcome advances or inappropriate touching.
-
Actions that compromise the safety, dignity, or well-being of the Makeup artist/ Hair stylist or any member of the team.
This policy applies to all clients, wedding guests, venues, suppliers, and any other individuals present at the event.
Right to Leave the Premises If at any point PKay Bridal experiences harassment, unprofessional, or inappropriate behavior as outlined above, I reserve the right to leave the premises immediately without further obligation. In such circumstances:

The client will forfeit any right to a refund or compensation.

All agreed fees under the contract will remain due in full.

PKay Bridal shall not be held liable for any resulting delays, missed moments, or incomplete coverage of the event.
By booking PKay Bridal, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
This clause is designed to protect the safety, professionalism, and integrity of my work and will be upheld to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Travel Expenses
Travel is Free within 10 mile radius of our studio, outside 10 miles radius there is a travel fee of £0.50 per mile (round trip) for us to travel to the wedding venue on your wedding day. Congestion and parking charges may apply depending on the location. Under extreme circumstance includes but not limited to extreme weather circumstances, Train or tube strike which likely to effect travel of your wedding day. PKay Bridal team may have to stay a night in accommodation to ensure we are able to reach you on time on your wedding morning, In such a circumstance the accommodation cost for our team will be paid and cover by the client.
Cancellations
You can cancel your booking / appointment at any point, but your up to date payments and your booking and reservation fee will not be refund. We reserve the right to charge up to £500 for administrative and reservation costs in addition to your cancellation fee.
Cancellation of either hair or makeup prior to your wedding will incur charges as follow.
4 months prior will incur a 50% charge of your final amount that you owe.
3 months prior will incur a 70% charge of your final amount that you owe.
2 months prior will incur a 100% charge of your final amount that you owe.
Wedding Date Change Policy

In the event of a change to the scheduled wedding date, the Client is required to consult with and obtain approval from PKay Bridal before making any arrangements for the new date. If the Client wishes to reschedule their wedding date, they must first complete and sign a cancellation agreement for the existing contract. The rescheduling process may only proceed once the cancellation has been finalized and a new date has been mutually agreed upon. Thereafter, the Client must complete and sign a new booking form for the revised date. All terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in effect.

If PKay Bridal is unable to accommodate the Client’s new wedding date, an associate makeup artist and hairstylist will be assigned as replacements. Should the Client decline the assigned associate team or choose to cancel the revised booking, PKay Bridal shall not be obligated to issue any refunds for payments made up to the cancellation date. However, the Client will not be liable for any further payments beyond what has already been paid.

If you would like to have a Hair and makeup trial with our replacement team, we will be responsible to schedule and organised the trial for you, but you will be responsible to cover the new trial cost up front in full with PKay Bridal.

If you have already select your new wedding date, but then decided to cancel, your deposit will be lost.
You are entitle to transfer/move your trial appointment once free of charge, this must be done in writing no less that 1 week prior to your appointment. if you decided to cancel your new appointment your deposit will be lost. If you would like to move your appointment again for second time this will incurred an extra £50 charge per assistance for date reservation. PKay Bridal will be under no obligation to refund any money that has been paid up until the point of cancellation.
For Over 80 miles round trip if you are cancel or postpone your Hair & Makeup booking/ appointment and If PKay Bridal has already book flights & accommodations in order full fill your booking, then the client is responsible to cover the cost of PKay Bridal expenses, flight & accommodation in full.
If your wedding/ Event was cancel due to the Government Force Majeure (e.g. pandemic, locked down, boarder closing), you are entitle to change or reschedule your date, but if you decided to change the venue, travel cost will apply depending on distance of your new location (0.50p per miles round trip). All cancellation terms and conditions apply.
If the New date happen to fall on the same date as others client wedding/event PKay Bridal will arrange the replacement team to take care of your parties. If the client refuse PKay Bridal replacement team and decided to cancel our services your deposits will not be refund.
In the circumstance where your wedding date is change due to Government Force Majeure and PKay Bridal is unable to supply you with a replacement team. PKay Bridal agree to partially refund a 50% of your Non-refundable deposit/booking fee that the client paid up until the point of cancellation.
If you decided to cancel your wedding date due to Government Force Majeure (e.g. pandemic, locked down, boarder closing) Non-refundable deposit/booking fee that the client paid up until the point of cancellation will be lost.
Regarding hair and makeup bookings that involve subcontracted hairstylists or makeup assistants, it is important to note that your deposit may have already been transferred to a third party as a means to reserve and secure your desired date with them. PKay Bridal, as the primary service provider, cannot be held responsible for refunding any portion of the deposit that has already been paid to the third party or subcontractor. Consequently, your deposit will be forfeited.

Photography
By confirming your booking with us, you agree that PKay Bridal may use any photography, video footage for publicity purposes which includes, but not limited to, our website and social media pages, magazine or publishing material . This includes photographs taken by PKay Bridal and photographs taken by your professional photographer.
The client agree on grant permission to PKay Bridal to use photographs taken of the client by PKay Bridal and photographs taken by your professional photographer for use on social media, website and/or portfolios. the client hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to the client or unknown, and the client waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph. The photographer (PKay Bridal, Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the right to choose which photographs will display on PKay Bridal website and social media.
I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing and agree to hire PKay Bridal as my makeup artist and hair stylist, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
Limitation of liability
PKay Bridal recommended that you take out wedding insurance. PKay Bridal shall have no liability for any third party (product or service) whatsoever, regardless of cause, even if it has been recommended by us. In the case of unsatisfactory outcome of your bridal trial, PKay Bridal will not be liable to any client unsatisfactory compensation. We will not be liable to give our client any refund due to unsatisfactory outcome for the work we have already carried out.
Contra-indication & Refusal to supply our services due to Hygienic reason
We require our clients to inform PKay Bridal if anyone in their bridal party, or the client herself, has any contagious skin condition, any infection, or pre-existing skin condition including Nits or lice . We reserve all rights to refuse our services to those who have pre-existing conditions, skin irritation, nits, lice or have recently come into contact with a contagious skin condition. If those with skin conditions or pre-existing skin conditions would like to go ahead with our services, even if we agree to provide our services, you do so at your own risk, we will not be liable or accept any blame for any further irritation. Those with a skin condition must supply their own skincare, cosmetics /make-up and brush set.
Some examples (but not an exhaustive list) of skin conditions are as follows...conjunctivitis, cold sore, Impetigo ,Herpes (herpes simplex, types 1 and 2 viruses), Rash caused by Neisseria meningitides(N. meningitides), Rash and blisters that accompany shingles (herpes zoster virus), Ringworm (fungal) infections (tinea), Scabies (itch mite), Chickenpox, Measles and rubella, Erythema infectiosum, Pityriasis rosea, Cellulitis and erysipelas, Lymphangitis, Folliculitis, laser treatment, chemical peels, sunburn, eczema. Failure to inform us of these, or any other such conditions, will results in a surcharge of £100 and the client must also cover the cost of replacing all products (e.g. cosmetics & brushes etc.) that have been used in their session (as these will have to be destroyed).
By transferring your deposits to secure your dates and making your Final payment, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
